The design of a new restaurant for veteran but first time owner of a fine dining establishment. The new space, located in a strip mall but with a separate street facade was chosen for its convenience to the highway but presented tremendous design obstacles including low ceilings with apartments above, slab on grade construction limiting plumbing options and no back access (the back of the building was buried into a hillside).
Knoll Crest is one in a series of new residential apartment projects featuring new interpretations of spaces to better meet the flexibilities of modern living. The “Command Kitchen” is the central organizing element in each apartment. The well appointed kitchen multi-tasks as a sit down breakfast bar, entertainment bar with sink, home office with built in desk, room divider and focal point with a strong visual presence and full ADA accessibility.

The expansion of an ongoing busy pediatric dental practice into a non adjacent office space located on an upper floor but in the same building.
Offices for a software development company relocating from a loft environment to a corporate office park in northern New Jersey. The program included developing a design that reflected the loft heritage of the company which could be built on a fast track time table by the developer and his contractors and could be done for under $28 per square foot.
South Windsor, CT
Design of a new prototype store along with the attached production and training facilities for this chain of sandwich cafes. Work also included new graphics and finishes. Lighting and custom casework concepts all slated for roll out.
